Placing an Order
To place an order, select the product type and quantity you want to purchase and follow the website prompts for checkout. You can change the quantities of products prior to checkout. To complete your purchase, follow the website prompts at checkout.Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email which will include your order details. This order confirmation email serves as your receipt and proof of purchase, and you should keep it with your records. You will need your order confirmation email if you ever require warranty service.
It typically takes one-two business days to process the order. Delivery dates vary based on third-party shipping schedules. Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation, including the tracking number(s).
You are committing to purchase a product or service by placing an order with zappiti-store.ca. By placing an order, you represent to us that you are purchasing for your own personal use and not for resale, that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you submit with your order is accurate, and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. We reserve the right in its sole discretion to modify or cancel orders that appear to violate any of these representations, including any orders appearing to be from resellers. We may verify certain information before your order is fulfilled, including your email address, delivery address, payment information, and other personal information.

All product and service information on this website remains subject to change at any time without advance notice, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions on its website without advance notice.
We reserve the right to refuse any order, and to modify or cancel your order at any time without advance notice, whether or not the order is confirmed. However, we will attempt to give you notice of refusal, modification, or cancellation using the contact information you provided when you placed the order.

Payment
zappiti-store.caaccepts payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal payment. You will be charged upon placing your order and before shipment. Please note that certain orders are subject to a verification period prior to shipment to protect all parties from unauthorized credit card use.
Order Modification and Cancellation by You
You can modify or cancel your order up until you submit the order. If your order has already been submitted, please email toinfo@zappiti.caor use a contact form. We will issue you a refund via the same payment method of the full amount except a 3% transfer fee (ex. if your total amount is $2000 you will receive a $1940 refund)..
If your order has already been shipped, you will instead need to follow our returns procedure in the Return Policy section below.
Shipping
It typically takes one business day after confirmation of payment to process and ship your order. Presently, we usually ship via Canada Post, United Parcel Service, and Purolator.
Delivery dates vary based on third-party shipping schedules and your location. Depending upon product availability and other factors affecting fulfillment, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
When you receive your shipment, please inspect all packages to ensure there are no missing items, and test the products for proper function. Please be sure to save the box, any outer shipping carton, and all packing material in the event that you need it for a return shipment.

Return Policy
The return authorization process can be initiated by contacting us atinfo@zappiti.caor using a contact form. You might be contacted by one of our representatives about your request if additional return instructions are required. Any product returned without a return authorization is not eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your expense.

All orders from zappiti-store.ca are subject to our 30-day return policy if for any reason they are defective. The defective item is subject to replacement.
- -- Returning for a Warranty
After 30 days of placing the order, your recourse is governed by the terms of the warranty. Return the product at your cost.
- -- Returning for a Refund
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason other than a defect or a wrong shipment, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs or pay your return shipping cost.
A return authorization is required for any return and for 30 calendar days from the date issued. Returns that we receive after the expiration of the return period may be refused and returned. Products must be returned with all originally included packaging and accessories. If your return is not accepted we will notify you using the contact information you provided when you placed the order or any updated information you provided when obtaining your return authorization.

Warranty
Warranty service requires the customer to ship the product, at the customer’s sole cost, to the Return address. Once the product is repaired or replaced, we will pay the cost of return shipping to your location.

Promotions
Using promotional codes, coupons, or similar promotional discounts is subject to the separate terms and conditions of that promotion. No more than one promotion may be applied to an order unless otherwise expressly provided in the terms and conditions of the applicable promotions.
